Right of Withdrawal

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, in accordance with international consumer practices.

Return Conditions

The product must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in perfect condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

Eligible Situations for Refund

  • Defective product

  • Incorrect item received

  • Product damaged during shipping

Refunds

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within up to 10 business days

  • The amount will be returned using the original payment method

Return Costs

  • If the issue is caused by the store: cost covered by us

  • If due to customer preference: cost covered by the customer
