Exchange Availability

We accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item received

Conditions

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must show no signs of use

Process

  1. Customer contacts support

  2. Provides evidence

  3. Replacement item is shipped at no additional cost (when applicable)

Important

Due to our international logistics model, exchanges may take a similar timeframe as the original delivery.

Practical Example

Customer receives the wrong size:

  • Requests exchange

  • New item is shipped after validation
